• You have the right to avail of exchange and refund queries for all three products with some conditions applicable.

We accept Exchange/Return-Refund Request if you have received a faulty or damaged product. You must provide us with video proof of unboxing and the damaged product to claim an exchange or return-refund claim.

For a Refund on Valentine’s Day offer: 

If you want to return a single product from the 3 products you received under our Valentine’s Day offer read the following carefully.

• There are no refunds for the return of the free silver ring received by you under this offer. 
• In case you want to return the item you have paid for, your free ring will be charged.

To calculate your refundable amount, read the following:

• First, deduct the amount you paid for the returned product from the ‘total amount’ you paid. This is your ‘product amount’. 
• Look for the price of the free ring you selected from our silver ring collection. Add this amount to the ‘product amount’, and you will get the ‘new amount’ you paid for the product.
• If the ‘new amount’ is the same as your ‘total amount’ there is no need for any refund. 
• If your ‘new amount’ is less than the ‘total amount’, you will receive the refund on the account you paid with.
• If your ‘new amount’ is greater then amount you paid; you’ll be charged accordingly.
